Being dubbed as the Ai Portrait Master by the brand, the HONOR 200 series boasts of its collaboration with Studio Harcourt, a legendary Parisian Art Studio known to produce seminal black & white celebrity portrait photography from the 1940’s (Cinema’s Golden Age), and other prominent personalities & dignitaries of the era. The HONOR 200 Series uses AI to replicate the studio’s iconic lighting and shadow effects, creating a glamourous portrait shot every time you use the phone.
As HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng said, Ai is the name of the game, and so, it seems, does partnership. It’s high time that HONOR has an imaging collaboration and it’s quite interesting of them to be partnering with a famed Portrait Studio like Harcourt. Personally, I feel this will give HONOR the much needed imaging signature it needs to further stand out in the ever-growing competitive sea of smartphones and consumer technology.
