World Underground Wrestling Philippines presents “Tagay Na!”

World Underground Wrestling Philippines presents the most high-octane, heart-pounding pro wrestling action at WUW: Tagay Na! Get ready for an explosive night of pro wrestling action on Sunday, July 7 at 6pm as WUW sets out to rock Brawlpit Bulusan, Quezon City once more with five thrilling matches and unforgettable moments.

Fresh off the hype train that was Dexcon: Dekada, this momentous event features many of the talented, badass professional wrestlers you’ve seen before, and a few fresher faces for anyone looking to check out the action for the first time. One thing’s for sure, everyone’s getting treated to some good ol’ underground wrestling.

WUW World Tag Team Championship Match: TZK (Saint John Martin and Ken Cifer) vs. High Proof (Razael and Kanto Terror)

Coming in as a blast from the not-so-distant past, Kanto Terror joins forces with the hardened veteran “Katagay” from Tondo Razael to form the bar brawling duo, High Proof. Watch as they challenge the WUW World Tag Team Champions Saint John Martin and Ken Cifer (TZK) in what looks to be one slobber knocker of a Tornado Tag Team, No Disqualification Match. It’s Hardcore Brawling versus Shoot Style with a variety of weapons and deadly playthings at each team’s disposal.

For the Lineal Championship: One Man Kru vs. Zera

We’ve got an international wrestling star arriving in WUW PH in the form of Lineal Champion, One Man Kru–an absolute monster of a man trained by the late Eddie Fatu (Umaga), and tested by hardcore veterans in the industry such as 2 Cold Scorpio, Dan “The Beast” Severn, Tony Atlas, Rhyno, and many more. His opponent? WUW’s high-flying, death-defying, daredevil speedster, Zera. Can Zera manage to capture international gold for WUW Philippines or will the One Man wrecking Kru lay waste to his latest challenger? 

Robin Sane vs. Pinoy Bulldog

One of Modern Pinoy Wrestling’s best, the Red Lightning Robin Sane is set to showcase his aerial acrobatic abilities as he squares off with a Pinoy Wrestling legend. A former sumo wrestler, an underground fighter, and a student of Toyama’s finest, Takeshi Oiso, the Pinoy Bulldog aims to show the young blood just why he’s a legend–and exactly how he became one. It’s Old School vs. New School in this exciting inter-generational match.

Fabio Makisig vs. Isaiah Valencia

We’re looking at a first time ever match that could be an instant classic in WUW PH. One of Philippine wrestling’s fastest rising stars in Isaiah Valencia is set to go one on one against the Ace of Philippine Wrestling, Fabio Makisig. If you’ve seen these two in action, you’d best get hyped for what’s set to explode once they go head-to-head. Will Isaiah’s rise hit meteoric status, or will Fabio clip his wings by proving why he’s Pinoy Wrestling’s Ace?

Dabid Ravena vs. Nigel San Jose

One of the most hard-hitting Filipino badasses is set to take on one of the best Pinoy Técnicos around. With both men being no stranger to one another, the Suplex Machine Nigel San Jose will be taking on the Godkiller Dabid Ravena in his natural habitat of violence. Will Ravena get a win, and literally kick down more doors of opportunity, or will Nigel subdue the savage Godkiller with his technical prowess? We all love it when styles clash–and this match is the quintessential example.
