The Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends movie is slated for release this month (September) and it’s already gaining a lot of attention and interest here in the Philippines. If you’re a fan of the anime then this is definitely one fight scene that you’re aching to see. Personally this was one of my all-time favorite battles in the series so hopefully the live action adaptation will give justice to Shukuchi.

Wonder if we will actually see Kuzu Ryu Sen or it will go straight into the Amakakeru?
Aoshi vs Kenshin

If there’s one thing I don’t like about the movie so far is that they haven’t properly developed the character of Aoshi. He was a critical character in the anime and it’s annoying that he’s been reduced to some sort of extra in the live action adaptation. That said we’re still excited to see him face off with Kenshin in the last movie.
