Marvel Studios releases “Ant-Sized” teaser for first Ant-Man trailer

The "Teaser of a Teaser" just got a whole lot smaller... As Marvel Studios and Disney release an "Ant-Sized" Teaser for their upcoming first trailer for "Ant-Man" that premieres with the premiere of "Agent Carter"!

One of the most anticipated and unorthodox comic book movies will be hitting the big screen in July this year… And it FINALLY gets a teaser to its name after months of production and changes… Literally.

Released by Marvel Studios and Disney to help promote the debut of the first trailer with the TV Series premiere of “Agent Carter” next week on January 6, the very first teaser footage of “Ant-Man” is finally online for the world to see.

However like its namesake hero, the snippets of footage have been miniaturized to “Ant-Sized” form for the ever observant to squint and make out for themselves. Quite intentionally, the marketers have literally made this a “teaser” that goes with the size-changing superhero’s modus operandi.

Here’s the teaser in all its tiny glory.

 And in case you need to see it a little bit bigger, some creative youtube users were able to blow it up… Slightly and pixelated though.

Once attached to director Edgar Wright but now in the hands of Peyton Reed after the departure of the former due to creative differences, Ant-Man is the first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie that follows after the blockbuster superhero team sequel this year that is “Avengers: Age of Ultron“. Starring Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/ Ant-Man and Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym, the duo embark on a quest to pull off a heist that will help save the world, while foiling other sinister forces who want to destroy and gain for their own needs in the process.

Ant-Man will be released in theaters on July 17, 2015.
