Fresh from E3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is getting the “Special Edition” treatment and will be heading to the PS4, Xbox One and PC with an October 28 release date.
Most noticeable of course is the graphics overhaul – Volumetric god rays, dynamic depth of field, screen space reflections, snow and water shaders. Adding to that, like Fallout 4 now you can use mods on consoles!
If you own #Skyrim and all its add-ons or own Legendary Edition on Steam, you'll get a free upgrade to Skyrim Special Edition on Oct 28 #BE3

What’s really nice is if you previously owned Skyrim on Steam you will get a free upgrade when the game comes out! Sweet!
I don’t know about you but I’m very excited for this release, having played it 5 years ago (and still playing from time to time), this is another reason for me to revisit the franchise and say hello to the great indoors once again!
