The final chapter of Nobuhiro Watsuki’s Rurouni Kenshin live action movie adaptation will be back next year! And what’s even more exciting is that the story will be told in two parts!
Keishi Otomo, the director of the first 3 movie will take the helm once more, along with Takeru Sato reprising his role as Kenshin Himura for the last time.

Check out the image in the tweet… Only one scar! From the looks of it the conclusion will most likely mirror the manga’s final “Jinchu” arc as well as the OVA “Tsuioku-hen/Trust & Betrayal”.
The first movie is set to screen net year in July 3, 2020, with the second one following next month in August 7.
