Compared to last month, February isn’t exactly brimming with new game releases. This is good news for those celebrating the month of love with a special someone. But for those without a significant other to spend it with, don’t worry as there are some upcoming games to check out this month!
Zombie Army 4: Dead War (PS4, PC, Xbox One) – Feb 4
There’s nothing as therapeutic as shooting hordes of Nazi Zombies. Do you agree? If yes, then this game is for you!
The fourth installation to the spin-off series Zombie Army trilogy is set in a alternate universe where Adolf Hitler launches a desperate Plan Z where the dead Nazi soldiers are brought back from the dead. This next chapter will bring back multiplayer action, a self-contained campaign with three individual chapters, and tons of post launch content.
Darksiders Genesis (PS4, Xbox One, Switch) – Feb 14
Initially released for PC via Steam, Darksiders Genesis will now finally hit consoles this month. Darksiders Genesis departs from the main series’ third person perspective, and instead it lets players switch controls between the brothers War and Strife in a top-down perspective. Co-op gameplay is also included for an even better experience.
Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition (Switch) – Feb 20
Devil May Cry 3 will finally hit the Nintendo Switch library this month but with a massive update to it’s gameplay. In this version, Capcom included a freestyle mode that will finally introduces the all style and weapon switching mechanics from DMC 4 to the game.So expect even more stylish combos when DMC 3 hits the Nintendo Switch on the 20th.
Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch) – Feb 25
A compilation of six Mega Man Games, Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection is a must-have for fans of the franchise. And as the games are quite difficult, the collection includes a new casual mode and save assist for players, making it more accessible to everyone.
One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows (PS4, Xbox One, PC) – Feb 28
A fighting game based on the hit anime series, One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows will let players to make a team of 3 characters from the series, including Saitama himself. Wondering how the incredibly OP Saitama fits in the game? If you include Saitama in your team, your other two characters must hold their own until he arrives, making for a unique twist that’s faithful to the source material.
