Great news, Hearthstone fans — the Demon Hunter Prologue is now live in the game! In case you missed the news, the Demon Hunter Prologues serves as the introduction to the titular Demon Hunter, an all-new class in Hearthstone (and the first new hero class since launch).
The Demon Hunter Prologue is a re-telling of Illidan Stormrage’s origin story, and is available to play free-of-charge for everyone. The best part is, players who complete the prologue will receive all 10 Demon Hunter Basic cards, a 20-card Demon Hunter Initiate set, and a pre-built Demon Hunter deck list.
This new prologue serves as an intro of sorts for the upcoming Hearthstone expansion, Ashes of Outland. The new Hearthstone expansion is set to release on April 8, and it brings tons of new cards (of which there are 135 in total) as well as a “Burning Crusade” theme.
While the expansion’s release date is still a few days away, players can already pre-purchase the Ashes of Outland Mega Bundle for USD 79.99 or the Pre-Purchase bundle for USD 49.99. Each bundle comes packed with tons of in-game goodies including card packs, a card back, a Legendary card, and more.
