Looking for new laptops for your work-from-home or online learning setup? Huawei has just announced that two new MateBooks are heading to the Philippines! These two laptops are the MateBook D 14 and the MateBook 13 (2020).
The MateBook D 14 is the more affordable of the two, but it still packs impressive specs. The D 14 features a 14-inch FHD display in a small body, a Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7 CPU, Vega 10 integrated graphics, 8GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage. As for its battery, the laptop packs a 56Wh battery that Huawei says can last up to 9.5 hours of continuous local 1080p video playback on one charge. For charging, the laptop has a 65W USB-C charger and a USB-C to USB-C cable.
Meanwhile, the MateBook 13 is the more premium of the two, packing a 10th gen Intel processor, an NVIDIA MX250 dedicated GPU, 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. As for its display, the laptop has 13-inch IPS display with a 1440p resolution.
Pricing and Pre-order Info
The Huawei MateBook D 14 has an SRP of PHP 39,990 (Ryzen 5) and PHP 42,990 (Ryzen 7). The laptop will be available for pre-order from June 29 – July 3, with each pre-order bundled with the following:

- Bluetooth Mouse
- Backpack
Meanwhile, the MateBook 13 (2020) is priced at PHP 65,990 (Intel Core i5) and PHP 72,990 (Intel Core i7). The laptop will be available for pre-order from July 4 – 31, 2020. Each pre-order of the MateBook 13 comes with a Backpack and a Laptop Sleeve.
