Fresh after releasing the new ThinkStation P620 and ‘The Empire’ rewards program, Lenovo has released its latest line of Yoga laptops in the Philippines–the Yoga Duet 7 and the Yoga Slim 7. These new notebooks are slim and light, all while packing impressive hardware.
First up is the Yoga Duet 7, the first Yoga PC to have a detachable backlit Bluetooth 5.0-powered keyboard. Thanks to this hybrid form-factor, the Duet 7 can be configured for multiple cases, including drafting mode (by rotating the kickstand to a lower angle), or tablet mode to more easily bring it with you anywhere.
As a hybrid laptop, the Duet 7 packs an E-Color Pen made for digital artists, and its screen is a WQHD 2K (2160 x 1350) touchscreen display with 100% sRGB color accuracy and 450 nits brightness.
Even with its slim, convertible form-factor, the Duet 7 still packs great specs, including up to a 10th gen Intel Core i7-10510 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to a 1TB NVME PCIe SSD storage.
Up next, we have the Yoga Slim 7, a laptop with a more conventional design compared to the Duet 7. What it does have over the Slim 7 though is a higher resolution 4K (3840 x 2160) display, coupled with HDR and Dolby Vision for a better viewing experience. Complementing the display are Dolby Atmos speakers.
As for its specs, the Yoga Slim 7 has up to an Intel 10th Generation i7-1065G7 processor or up to AMD R7 R4800 8-core design processor. The Yoga Slim 7 can also have either an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU or AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics card.Finally, the laptop can have up to 16GB of RAM and up to a 1TB NVME PCIex4 SSD storage.
Pricing and Availability
The Yoga Duet 7 is priced starting at PHP 64,995. Meanwhile, the Yoga Slim 7 has a starting price of PHP 49,995 for the AMD version, and PHP 69,995 for the Intel version.
Two specific Yoga Slim 7 laptops are available for pre-order now until August 7, 2020 at select Lenovo stores and authorized Lenovo Partners. Each pre-order will come with premium bundles worth up to PHP 40,570.
