At CES 2021, ASUS revealed its latest monitor lineup, and it consists of eight new displays. The new monitor lineup features displays for gaming, content creation, and business use.
Here’s a quick rundown of the new ASUS displays from CES 2021:
Gaming Monitors
First up, we have the ROG Swift PG32UQ, a three-sided frameless monitor with a 32-inch 4K UHD IPS panel, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms response time. This gaming display also has VESA DisplayHDR 600 compliance, ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) Sync, and ASUS Variable Overdrive technologies.
Next up is the ROG Strix XG43UQ, the biggest in ASUS’ lineup with its 43-inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) panel. Aside from its large size, the XG43UQ also has a wealth of high-end features, including a 144 Hz refresh rate, ASUS ELMB SYNC, and High Dynamic Range (HDR).
Another high refresh rate display, the TUF Gaming VG28UQL1A is a 28-inch 4K UHD monitor with a three-sided frameless design, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms response time.
While it may not have a 4K resolution, the ROG Swift PG279QM is a 27-inch monitor with a WQHD resolution, as well as a fast 240 Hz refresh rate, along with a 1ms response time.
Rounding out the gaming monitor lineup is the ROG Strix XG16AHP-W, a portable 15.6-inch FHD IPS gaming monitor with a 144 Hz refresh rate and adaptive-sync technology. The display has a built-in 7800 mAh battery that ASUS says can provide up to three hours of gaming at 144 Hz. It also has a quick-charge function that provides up to two hours of use after a one-hour recharge
ProArt Monitors
Aside from gaming monitors, ASUS also unveiled two ProArt displays, one of which is the ProArt Display PA148CTV. The PA148CTV is a 14-inch FHD IPS portable monitor with an anti-glare panel and capacitive 10-point multitouch function.
The other monitor for content creation in ASUS’ CES 2021 lineup is the ProArt Display PA329CV, a 32-inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) monitor featuring an IPS panel with 100% sRGB color gamut.
ZenScreen
Finally, we have the ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACV, a 15.6-inch FHD portable display with an anti-glare panel and super-narrow bezel design. This portable monitor is designed with business users in mind.
