Following the announcement of its June release, Netflix has just released a new trailer for Trese, the upcoming animated series based on the Filipino hit graphic novel.

In case you’re unfamiliar, Trese is an animated series based on the graphic novel of hte same name that’s written by Budjette Tan and drawn by artist Kajo Baldisimo. The series’ premise is described as:
“Set in a Manila where the mythical creatures of Philippine folklore live in hiding amongst humans, Alexandra Trese finds herself going head to head with a criminal underworld comprised of malevolent supernatural beings.”
Along with the new trailer, Netflix also announced the official voice cast of Trese in English and in Filipino.
