Following the release of the MateBook 2021 line-up and nova 8 series earlier this year, Huawei recently announced that it is bringing the Huawei MateBook 14s and the Huawei nova 9 into the Philippines.
The Huawei MateBook 14s is the brand’s latest notebook offering, and it features a 2.5k FullView Display with multi-touch support, as well as a 3:2 aspect ratio, making for a display that’s a great match for productivity. Along with these, the screen also has a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. Plus, users can toggle between 60Hz and 90Hz modes for power saving.
Aside from its display, the MateBook 14s’ design is also quite distinctive thanks to the special Spruce Green colorway.
As for its internals, the MateBook 14s is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core processor — either an i7 or an i5. For its battery, the laptop has a 60Wh high-capacity battery with 65W Huawei SuperCharge.
Alongside the MateBook 14s reveal, Huawei also teased the upcoming launch of the nova 9. This new mid-range smartphone packs 50MP Ultra Vision RYYB Main Camera, along with other premium features.
The MateBook 14s will release in the Philippines on October 28, 2021. Details of its availability will be announced soon. Meanwhile, more info on the nova 9 will be revealed soon as well.
