The two-part conclusion of Stranger Things season 4 is kicking off in just a few days, and the hype train has barely slowed down, especially if you visit Glorietta. From Kate Bush making bank from a 37 year-old classic, to people developing an irrational fear towards roller skates, the entertainment value brought by the franchise’s latest installment was worth the wait.
In conjunction with an indoor event for the show, Ayala Malls’ Glorietta, in collaboration with Netflix decided to join in on the fun. By fun, I mean, “What in the red hell is that?!”
This eerie design is not only spot-on but also very much on-brand, as people who rarely step foot in Makati know well enough that navigating Glorietta feels very much like traversing the Upside Down. Kidding aside, it’s a very nice touch, and is a nice, yet chilling reminder that volume 2 is just around the corner.
For those who missed season 4, and don’t mind being mildly spoiled, the ‘Upside Down’, seen as the hellish, parallel world that’s been freaking us out since the first season is given a bit more exposition this time around.
