AGON by AOC and Porsche Design have teamed up for two new premium monitors – the PD32M and PD27 gaming displays. These new monitors feature striking looks by Porsche Design paired with premium gaming features by AGON.
First up, we have the PD32M. This new display is a 31.5-inch gaming monitor with a flat IPS panel, along with Mini-LED backlight technology, meaning it should get plenty bright. In fact, the display has DisplayHDR 1400 with up to 1,400 nits peak brightness. This should make it great for watching movies as well as playing games.
On top of these, the display has a 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution, complete with a fast 144Hz refresh rate and a 1ms reponse time. The monitor also comes with Adaptive-Sync that’s compatible with PC and consoles thanks to its DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 ports.
As a bonus for content creators, the monitor has USB-C input which allows it to receive the display signal as well as transfer power. Plus, the monitor has other nifty features, including a handy KVM switch for easy switching between sources, dual 8W speakers, and customizable RGB lighting at the back.
Finally, the monitor has a stylish stand that’s inspired by Porsche sports cars.
Meanwhile, the PD27 is a 27-inch monitor with a 27-inch QHD (2560×1440) panel, complete with a 240Hz refresh rate and VESA DisplayHDR 400. Adding to the fact that it comes with FreeSync Premium Pro, the PD27 should be a good display partner for most gamers.
The PD27 comes with a wireless keypad that’s shaped like a centre console so users can quickly access monitor settings or gaming presets. It also packs 5W stereo speakers, along with a wealth of connectivity options, including a 4-port USB 3.2 hub, 2x HDMI 2.0 and 2x DisplayPort 1.4 inputs.
