HoyoVerse has announced the opening of its new Singapore headquarters, and it is the company’s fifth global office after Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Seoul.
This new HQ will serve as a key hub for HoYoverse’s global distribution and operation efforts, and the staff there will work closely with other offices in providing technical support.
Here’s a closer look at the a 28,000-square-foot-size HoyoVerse Singapore headquarters:
While it has all the amenities of a modern office (and more), employees in the Singapore office are promised a flexible working model. This means they can work wherever they feel the most creative and productive, all while HoyoVerse promises that they will get the “necessary equipment, technical support, and well-structured welfare and benefit packages.”
“Our team in Singapore will play a crucial role in broadening our global development and service network,” said Forrest Liu, co-founder of HoYoverse. “We’re eager for more creative minds from diverse backgrounds to join us in building the future.”
In case you’re unfamiliar, HoYoverse (formerly known as miHoYo) is a game studio behind hits such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, and Tears of Themis. HoyoVerse is also currently developing upcoming titles, including Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai: Star Rail.
Along with the new HQ’s opening, HoYoverse has announced that it will add hundreds of jobs by the end of 2022. Some of hte job openings include game development, engineering, marketing, product, operations, function, and project management positions.
