The rather confusingly titled Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3 – First Half is finally available on Netflix in select countries.
While The Final Season has been ongoing for quite some time now, it has been divided into multiple parts, with Parts 1 and 2 airing in early 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Part 3 is supposed to be the end, but earlier this year, it was announced that it is split into two parts, with the first half being a one-hour anime special.
Released in Japan on March 3, this one-hour special is finally available on Netflix in the Philippines and in other countries. Thanks to this, fans can finally see the first part of the series’ long-awaited climax.
Aside from the Philippines, Part 3’s first half is also available in some Southeast Asian countries. Though because of the sometimes confusing nature of anime streaming rights, the one-hour special is available on other streaming platforms depending on the country.
For fans in the US and other countries, the Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3 First Half isn’t available on Netflix. Instead, fans will have to watch the series on Crunchyroll or Hulu, depending on their region.
The Final Season Part 3 is confirmed to give Attack on Titan a proper finale, though you’ll have to wait until later this year to see the ending. This is because the second half of Part 3 is scheduled to release in Fall 2023. It is also expected to be another one-hour special.
In related news, Attack on Titan is getting a stage musical adaptation that’s happening soon.
