Following its announcement back in May, Blizzard announced that BlizzCon 2023 tickets will go on sale later this week.
While the last BlizzCon happened back in 2021 and was done virtually, Blizzard finally announced that its signature event is coming back in person in LA. There, fans can expect immersive experiences featuring Warcraft, Diablo, and Overwatch. Of course, there will also be new updates on these upcoming games.
Plus, all on-stage content at the event will be livestreamed for free.
Though for those who want to attend the event in person, the first wave of tickets for BlizzCon will be available on July 8, at 10 a.m. PDT via AXS at AXS.com. There will also be a second wave of tickets that will be released on Saturday, July 22, at 10 a.m. PDT.
“Gaming is about making connections with others, creating memories, and above all else, having fun–BlizzCon is our celebration of that,” said Mike Ybarra, president of Blizzard Entertainment. “Our players are at the heart of what makes BlizzCon great, and whether our players are attending in person or joining us virtually, we’re looking forward to showing them what’s next for Blizzard.”
There will be two ticket options: General Admission and the Portal Pass.
BlizzCon 2023 General Admission tickets are priced at USD 299, and they include:
- a live event ticket
- in-game goodies
- the official BlizzCon Backpack
- early access to the BlizzCon Store
Meanwhile, the Portal Pass is the premium ticket, and it comes at a premium price tag of USD 799, It includes the following:
- separate registration line
- separate security line
- exclusive Portal Pass Lounge access
- private concessions, private viewing lounge, gameplay experiences, concierge support, and more
- early entrance to Anaheim Convention Center (Lounge only – Friday and Saturday)
