Yoshiki’s Kingdom
While ATLUS previously shared some gameplay details, the focus of this new trailer is Yoshiki’s Kingdom.
Unlike Marie’s Kingdom which has a European design, this location is inspired by Bakumatsu-era Japan. There, Joker and company run into Yuki who is being attacked by enemies.
Yuki soon reveals that the kingdom’s general Yoshiki is not who he seems to be. Instead of being a well-meaning ruler, he is actually ruthless, and he sends anyone who shows signs of resistance to a forced labor camp.
As part of their mission against Yoshiki, the Phantom Thieves disguise themselves as samurai, geishas, and more. They also soon break up into two teams: one to divert the attention of the fearsome Aizen Squad, and one to rescue the kingdom’s people and dismantle the surveillance system.
Repaint Your Heart Challenge Pack
Also revealed int the trailer is The Repaint Your Heart Pack DLC. This DLC will be released at the same time as the base game, and it will feature Goro Akechi and Kasumi Yoshizawa.
Aside from adding two fan-favorites, the DLC will also feature an additional new story. This story will reveal the truth behind the Arsène mural that suddenly appears in Tokyo and the elusive street artist Guernica.
Persona 5 Tactica will be released on November 17, 2023, for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, and PC. The game is also available for pre-order now.
