HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE! is now available in Southeast Asia

SEGA is celebrating the game's SEA launch with a special welcome campaign.

SEGA recently announced that the rhythm adventure game HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE! is now live in Southeast Asia on iOS and Android. Specifically, players in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines can finally play the game now.

The best part is that those who have the game’s global version can continue playing with their existing accounts. This means players won’t have to start from scratch if they want to play the SEA version.

To celebrate the game’s SEA release, an original illustration from Indonesian illustrator Mint-tan was shared on the game’s official Facebook page.

The new visual isn’t the only way SEGA is celebrating the game’s SEA launch though. There is also a special campaign for SEA players where in-game items will be up for grabs whenever new user logins stretch goals are met.

Here are the goodies that players can expect:

In case you’re unfamiliar, COLORFUL STAGE is a free-to-play rhythm game that was originally released in 2021. The game features 20 original characters alongside Hatsune Miku and other VIRTUAL SINGERS.

Meanwhile, the game’s story is described as:

“A mysterious song named “Untitled” with no melody or lyrics has been passed around amongst the youth in Shibuya, Tokyo. This song unlocks access to “SEKAI”, a mysterious place that allows everyone to discover their true emotions and songs.”

HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE! is available now official in SEA on the App Store and the Google Play Store.
