After its previous announcement, the Dying Light 2 Stay Human and Vampire: The Masquerade collab is now live until November 2.
Specifically, this crossover event is live now until November 2 at 12 PM CET / 6 PM PH Time. This event is also the first in The Frightening, a series of events for Dying Light 2 Stay Human that happens during the Halloween season.
Here’s what you can expect from the collab as described by Techland:
“Dying Light 2 Stay Human world will open its doors to fanged and ferocious Kindred, during Vampire: The Masquerade Event. On this occasion, the players will not only be more likely to cut off limbs and inflict more damage at night, but they’ll also get a taste for blood. Vials of Banu Haqim, Brujah, and Tremere Blood will grant them temporary powers focused on Combat, Traversal, and Survival. Vials can be found while looting Dark Hollows or Forsaken Stores, and by defeating Volatiles, Tyrants, Hives, and Revenants. In addition, the players will be able to reach goals and receive vampiric rewards.”
In this event, players can meet goals by completing Bounties and fulfilling Challenges, or by combining both. By doing these, players can get various rewards, including outfits, weapon charms, and more.
While the event is free, Dying Light 2 Stay Human players can buy special Banu Haqim, Brujah, and Tremere Bundles through the in-game store for 500 DL Points. Though you won’t have to spend for the Haqim Bundle as it can be assembled for free by completing the Vampire: The Masquerade Event’s Goals.
