Ahead of the series’ release in April 2024, Amazon Prime Video gave us our first look at the live-action Fallout series.
While the series has been in the works for some time now, the Fallout show finally shared its first set of screenshots (via Amazon Prime Video). These images show off the game’s main characters in the iconic Vault jumpsuit, as well as the members of the Brotherhood of Steel.

In case you missed its announcement, this upcoming live-action show is exciting not just for long-time fans of the video game series. Fans of TV/streaming titles in general should also be interested as the Fallout show is written and developed by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan — the same duo behind the sci-fi series Westworld.
On top of its well-known writing duo, the series also features a star-studded cast, including:
- Walton Goggins as The Ghoul
- Ella Purnell as Lucy
- Kyle MacLachlan as Hank
- Xelia Mendes-Jones
- Aaron Moten as Maximus
- Mike Doyle as Mr. Spencer
- Moisés Arias as Norm
- Johnny Pemberton as Thaddeus
- Cherien Dabis as Birdie
- Dale Dickey as Ma June
- Matty Cardarople as Huey
It’s not entirely clear yet if this is an adaptation of a specific Fallout game. But one thing’s for sure, based on these first images, the show is shaping up to be a must-see for long-time Fallout fans. Fingers-crossed that it lives up to the expectations.
The Fallout live-action series will be released on Amazon Prime Video on April 12, 2024.
