After announcing the return of its Metal Gear collection, Uniqlo announced a new UT graphic tee collection for the upcoming Haikyuu movie.
This isn’t the first time that Uniqlo released t-shirts with designs based on this popular Shonen Jump volleyball series, but it is a special one. That’s because it’s made to celebrate the upcoming Haikyu!! Final two-part film, the first of which is titled Haikyu!! the Movie: Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump, and is set to be released in Japan on February 2024.
The collection features four graphic tees. Here are the designs:
The first is a white t-shirt with the words “What will you become tomorrow?” along with a visual of the protagonist Shoyo Hinata.
Next is another white t-shirt featuring a logo of Karasuno High School as well as a creative graphic on the back that depicts the Karasuno volleyball club members in a cute and unique style.
For a more striking look, there’s a red graphic tee themed around Nekoma High School — the rival of the film’s main characters. At the front is a graphic of Kenma Kozume and Tetsuro Kuroo.
Rounding out the collection is a blue t-shirt with the Karasuno High School at the front and an image of Shoyo Hinata as he’s about to spike (as depicted in the anime with wings).
The Uniqlo x Haikyuu UT graphic tee collection will be released in Japan in mid-February 2024 — just in time for the film’s theatrical release.
For now, there’s no word yet on a release date for the collection outside Japan.
