Following its reveal back in December, Nier: Automata’s 2B has finally been released as a DLC character in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. This marks the first guest character for the Granblue Fantasy fighting game which was released just a few months ago.
To mark 2B’s release, a new trailer for her was shared on the game’s official YouTube channel, showing off new footage of 2B in action. Check it out here:
2B coming to Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising isn’t too surprising as the Nier Automata protagonist has appeared in numerous crossovers with both console and mobile games. In fact, this also isn’t 2B’s first appearance in a fighting game. That honor goes to Soulcalibur VI which featured 2B as a guest character back in 2018.
Being a DLC character, you’ll need to buy the 2B Character Set which is priced at USD 7.99. Along with 2B, the set comes with a premium avatar, a badge, a weapon cutout, and Figure Studio poses and expressions 1–6 for 2B.
