Given the popularity of Jujutsu Kaisen, it’s no surprise that it took home nearly a dozen wins at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards. Of course, it’s not the only big winner as Demon Slayer also saw lots of big wins, while Chainsaw Man also racked up awards, especially in the performance categories.

What is interesting is that the Hidden Inventory / Premature Death is only five episodes long, meaning these first five episodes made enough of an impression to take eleven wins.

For those wondering why shows like Chainsaw Man and Bocchi the Rock are here while the likes of Frieren and Apothecary Diaries are nominated, that’s because of the awards’ cutoff. Basically, shows that begin in October don’t make the cut as they are instead nominated for the following year’s awards.
