Following the phone’s global launch event, the Nothing Phone (2a) price and availability details in the Philippines were announced, with pre-orders opening soon.
Unlike the Nothing Phone 2 which launched back in July 2023, the (2a) is a more affordable device that still promises to be a good mid-range daily driver. Of course, it also features the signature Nothing design with its translucent back.
Powering the phone is a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro 5G SoC, and it runs on Nothing OS 2.5 based on Android 14. It also packs a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, as well as a dual 50MP main camera with a 50MP Main with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide. There’s also a 32MP selfie camera at the front.
There’s also a 5,000mAh battery inside that comes with 45W fast charging support. According to Nothing, the phone will be able to last for up to two days on a single charge.
In the Philippines, the Nothing Phone (2a) will be available in Black and Milk, and it will be priced at PHP 18,990 for the 8/128GB model and PHP 20,990 for the 12/256GB variant.
Users who want to be the first in the world to get the Nothing Phone (2a) can pre-order at the Digital Walker Mall of Asia branch, located at2F North Wing SM Mall of Asia, 2153 JW Diokno Blvd., Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Pre-orders at this store will open on Saturday, March 9 at 10 AM.
After this, pre-orders will also open between March 10-11 at all Nothing retail and online partners.
Finally, it will be available in the Philippines officially on March 12 at the Nothing Lazada, Nothing Shopee, and Digital Walker Website online. Meanwhile, buyers who prefer to get on in retail stores can head over to Digital Walker and Open_Source by Beyond the Box.
