‘The Answer’ is coming to Persona 3 Reload in the Expansion Pass

The Expansion Pass is coming in three waves, with "The Answer" being the big highlight.

SEGA and Atlus recently announced the Persona 3 Reload Expansion Pass which will finally add “The Answer” from FES.

This new expansion pass will come in three waves, with each featuring a bevy of new content. The first two waves feature new background music and costumes, respectively. For most fans though, the highlight is no doubt the third wave which will feature a remade “The Answer” which is an epilogue originally released as part of Persona 3 FES.

Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass Release Schedule 

As mentioned above, the expansion pass will come in three waves, that will release in March, May, and September 2024. Here’s a rundown of what to expect with each:

Wave 1 (Available March 12, 2024): Persona 5 Royal EX BGM Set and Persona 4 Golden EX BGM

The first wave will feature new background music from Persona 5 and 4, including:

Persona 5 Royal EX BGM Set

  • Dungeon BGM Life Will Change
  • Dungeon BGM Beneath the Mask
  • Dungeon BGM Kichijoji 199X
  • Dungeon BGM Gentle Madman
  • Dungeon BGM I believe
  • Battle BGM Keeper of Lust
  • Battle BGM Blooming Villain
  • Battle BGM Victory (Applied automatically to the victory screen after changing your BGM settings.)
  • Adds “Change Dungeon BGM” to the Config menu

Persona 4 Golden EX BGM Set

  • Dungeon BGM Backside Of The TV
  • Dungeon BGM Game
  • Dungeon BGM Junes Theme
  • Dungeon BGM Heaven
  • Dungeon BGM Long Way
  • Battle BGM Revelations: Mitsuo
  • Battle BGM The Almighty
  • Battle BGM Period (Applied automatically to the victory screen after changing your BGM settings.)
  • Adds “Change Dungeon BGM” to the Config menu

Wave 2 (Available May 2024)：Velvet Costume & BGM Set

Next, there will be new Velvet Room-themed costumes and BGM, including:

  • Velvet Costume
  • Dungeon BGM/ Battle BGM Electronica In Velvet Room (“P4D” ver.)
  • Dungeon BGM/ Battle BGM Battle Hymn of the Soul (t.komine REMIX “AT 1st” P3D-EDIT ver.)
  • Dungeon BGM/ Battle BGM Battle Hymn of the Soul (Daisuke Asakura Remix)
  • Dungeon BGM/ Battle BGM Battle Hymn of the Soul -USH ver.-
  • Battle BGM Dance Hymn of the Soul (Disco In Velvet Room) (Applied automatically to the victory screen after changing your BGM settings.)
  • Adds “Change Dungeon BGM” to the Config menu

Wave 3 (Available September 2024): Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis -The Answer-

Finally, a remake of “The Answer” will arrive in September. Aside from revamped visuals and quality-of-life gameplay improvements, Episode Aigis -The Answer- will feature new Theurgy skills and the ability to explore the game as Aigis.

Persona 3 Reload is out now on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
