With the series’ launch inching ever closer, vivo dropped more hints on the vivo V30 series’ features, including the upcoming Aura Light 3.0 system.
vivo introduced its Aura Light portrait system for the previous generation V series devices. In those phones, the Aura Light portrait module is kind of like a small ring light that adds a powerful and eye-catching flash that’s great for night portrait shots. For the V29, vivo improved the system by adding color temperature adjustments that allow users to tweak how warm or cool portraits look.
For the Aura Light 3.0 system, vivo has gone with a square light module that has a larger illumination area. It will also have a smart distance detection feature that adjusts the brightness and color temperature of the light depending on the subject’s position.

On top of this, the vivo V30 will have a 50MP main camera with a vivo Camera-Bionic Spectrum (VCS) technology that promises to capture even better low light photos. Specifically, this tech should result in photos that are more realistic and vivid, even in low-light conditions.
There’s no word yet on when the vivo V30 Series’ launch date, though this new mid-range lineup is confirmed to get a PH release soon. More info will likely be announced on vivo’s website, Facebook, and other pages closer to the launch date.
In related news, vivo also announced that the V30 Pro will feature a ZEISS rear camera setup.
