MSI to showcase a range of AI-driven devices at Computex 2024

Here's a rundown of MSI's Computex 2024 showcase.

Ahead of the expo next week, MSI confirmed that it will showcase a range of AI-ready devices at Computex 2024, ranging from PCs, components, and more.

AI being the theme of MSI for Computex is no surprise given that AI features and tech are pretty much everywhere at this point. Still, it’s interesting to see how different brands try to add AI-driven features to their latest devices.

So, here’s a rundown of MSI’s highlight products and tech at its Computex 2024 booth:

MSI Prestige 16 AI Evo

To start, there’s the Prestige 16 AI Evo which is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, making it one of MSI’s top-of-the-line AI-powered laptops.

MSI AI Artist

There’s also MSI AI Artist, an an offline text-to-image tool for high-performance laptops that offers layered PSD file exports.

MSI Claw

The Claw is MSI’s entry into the gaming handheld space, and it is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors and ARC graphics. It also promises to last longer with its 53Whr battery, and its joysticks feature Hall Effect sensor technology which should increase their durability.

G4101, G4201 AI Server Platforms

MSI also has an array of GPU platforms that are optimized for AI training, including the G4101 and G4201.

S2301 CXL Memory Expansion Server

There’s also MSI’s new S2301 Memory Expansion Server designed for data-heavy workloads and in-memory databases.

MEG VISION X AI

Moving to gaming desktops, there’s the MEG VISION X AI which features MSI’s AI engine for assistant functions, local AI image generation, and offline text generation. The MAG INFINITE E1 meanwhile, also promises a powerful gaming experience, but without as much AI integration as the VISION X.

MSI Modern AM273Q

The MSI Modern AM273Q is the brand’s new AIO PC, and its claim to fame is that it’s made with PCR-recycled plastics, all while having promising AI performance with its Intel AI Boost NPU.

MSI Motherboards

MSI is also showcasing new motherboards at Computex 2024 which feature DIY-friendly designs and sleek looks, all while having a bevy of connectivity features.

QD-OLED Series Monitors

On the display side, MSI has the MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED, a 34-inch ultra-wide 3440×1440 (UWQHD) screen with a 240Hz refresh rate and 1800R curvature.

Plus, there’s the MAG 271QPX QD-OLED E2, a 27-inch QD-OLED flat monitor with 0.03ms response time, 2560×1440 (WQHD) resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, and HDMI 2.1 connectivity.

MSI Gear Series

MSI is also going to showcase a bunch of peripherals in its Gaming Gear line, including the STRIKE wireless keyboard, VERSA wireless mice, FORCE wireless controllers, and MAESTRO headset.

MSI Storage Options

Storage will also be another focus, with MSI set to showcase the DATAMAG 40Gbps/20Gbps Magnetic Portable SSD for iPhones, the DATAVAULT 20Gbps SSD Enclosure, and the SPATIUM M560 PCIe 5.0 NVMe M.2 SSD.

Roamii WiFi 7 Mesh Series

Finally, there’s the Roamii series, MSI’s latest WiFi 7 mesh system designed for high-bandwidth activities such as 4K/8K streaming, gaming, and VR/AR applications.
