SEGA and Cygames just released the Granblue Fantasy: Relink Version 1.3.1 update for free, and it features new quests, Photo Mode, and more.
To be exact, this new update’s main highlight is the Supreme Primarch Sandalphon who joins the game’s roster. Sandalphon is the commander of the four primarchs, and he can be obtained either by fulfilling certain conditions in the game, or by getting the Character Expansion Set DLC.
Along with Sandalphon, the update also features three new quests that come with a series of tough bosses.
Also part of the update is the Photo Mode. With this mode, players can take photos of their characters and the game’s various eye-catching vistas. What’s more, SEGA and Cygamers announced a special photo contest that is accepting entries now.
In this contest, players are asked to take their best in-game photos and share them through X (formerly Twitter) with the hashtag #RelinkPhotoContest. Entries can be submitted now until June 30 at 7:59 AM Pacific time (10:59 PM PH time)-.
Other additions in the update include Sigil Synthesis which allows players to fuse legendary sigils to mix sigil traits. There’s also a map overlay that shows key locations, along with a new control scheme options.
