Next Metaphor: ReFantazio ATLUS Exclusive showcase happening soon
ATLUS is holding a new showcase for the upcoming RPG Metaphor: ReFantazio next week.
Following the previous showcase earlier this month, ATLUS revealed that there will be another ATLUS Exclusive stream for Studio Zero’s upcoming RPG Metaphor: ReFantazio.
To be exact, ATLUS confirmed that the upcoming showcase will be streamed on July 6, and it will feature Director Katsura Hashino as he introduces more details about the world, story, and characters of this upcoming RPG.
More details about the July 2024 Metaphor: ReFantazio ATLUS Exclusive will be revealed in the coming days, including its specific release time. For now, fans can look back and watch the previous showcases for the game:
In case you’re unfamiliar, Metaphor: ReFantazio is a new game from Studio Zero, the new game that’s being developed by Persona series veterans, including director Katsura Hashino and character designer Katsura Hashino.
As it features the same main creative team as Persona 5, this upcoming RPG should have plenty of familiar elements to long-time Persona fans, including its RPG combat system and social simulation elements. Of course, this is still its own game and not a Persona spinoff as it has a medieval fantasy setting with an intriguing story.
Metaphor: ReFantazio will be released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 11, 2024. Pre-orders for the game are available now, with a special Atlus Brand 35th Digital Anniversary Edition also available.
