Ubisoft recently announced that it is bringing more games to Apple devices this year, specifically to the latest iPhone and iPad devices, and Mac for one of the new games.
First is Assassin’s Creed Mirage which was previously confirmed to get an iOS release. Now, the game is officially available on iOS, albeit only on limited devices. To be exact, the game is available only on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the iPad Air or iPad Pro (with the M1 chip or later). That’s because this version of Mirage is the same as the console/PC version, meaning it needs the latest Apple silicon to run smoothly.
While not all iOS users will be able to play the game, this should still be good news for Apple users in the long run. After all, future iPhone and iPads will be able to run this game.
Also available now on iOS is Rabbids: Legends of the Multiverse, this time it’s available on all iOS devices through Apple Arcade. This Rabbids title is a card game that features over 100 Rabbids, not to mention an upgrade mechanic where players can gather materials to upgrade their deck.
Finally, Ubisoft announced that Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown will be released on Mac later this year. There’s no word yet on a release date, and there are no plans for an iOS launch. Though we won’t be surprised to see it get released on iOS given that AC Mirage is already available.
