Nearly three years after Let There Be Carnage, Columbia Pictures announced that Venom: The Last Dance is coming to cinemas in the Philippines this October.
Along with its October theatrical release, the third and final film in the Venom live-action trilogy got a new trailer which gives fans a nice taste of what to expect.
You can check out the new trailer here:
The trailer mostly focuses on Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom who is now on the run, though we expect the next trailer to shed some light into the film’s other key characters.
This new movie is described as:
“Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie’s last dance.”
Also shared is the film’s first official poster:
In this third Venom movie, Tom Hardy is joined by many notable actors, including Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach and Stephen Graham.
Interestingly, this third film will be directed by yet another director. This time it’s Kelly Marcel handling directorial duties. As she is the writer of this movie and the co-writer of the previous two Venom movies, it makes sense that she’s at the helm for what looks to be Venom’s final outing, at least in this iteration.
Venom: The Last Dance is coming to cinemas in the Philippines in October 2024, though there’s no specific release date yet.
