Following the recent gamescom asia 2024 reveal, CAPCOM confirmed that the CAPCOM Pro Tour 2024 SUPER PREMIER SINGAPORE is happening this October at gamescom.
While CAPCOM will showcase a wide array of games at their booth at this year’s gamescom asia, one of the main highlights for the publisher is its Pro Tour which will feature Street Fighter 6 players from all over the world.
As with last year, the 2024 edition of the Pro Tour 2024 SUPER PREMIER SINGAPORE will be a must-watch for fans, but for a slightly different reason. That’s because the players will compete for a chance to qualify for the CAPCOM CUP 11 in Japan. This event in Japan will feature a grand prize of USD 1 million.
To give you a quick rundown of how the CAPCOM CUP 11 works, here’s a handy chart of how to qualify:
The first way to do so is to participate in PREMIER tournaments where only one player will get a spot at the CAPCOM CUP 11. Next is the new SUPER PREMIER tournament which will give two players a spot at the CUP. There will be 6 and 4 players from the PREMIER and SUPER PREMIER tournaments respectively. Finally, the World Warrior Pro Tour will feature more slots for players, with 10 and 28 each for the World Warrior and WW Super Region.

Aside from in-person attendees, those online can also watch the games as SUPER PREMIER SINGAPORE will be streamed live on the CAPCOM Fighters channel on YouTube and Twitch.
As for the event itself, gamescom asia is happening from October 17 to 20 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.
