Dragon Ball Daima trailer reveals October 2024 release date

Dragon Ball is finally getting a new anime series, but it features an all-new story that turns Goku into a kid.

Following its reveal back in October, Toei Animation finally shared a brand-new trailer for Dragon Ball Daima, revealing the show’s release date.

The new trailer was shared on Friday on the Toei Animation YouTube channel. Here, lots of new clips are shown that feature the younger Goku in action along with other iconic Dragon Ball characters in kid forms.

This trailer is a must-see for Dragon Ball fans, and if you haven’t seen it yet, you can check it out here:

Aside from the new clips, the Dragon Ball Daima release date of October 2024 was also revealed in the trailer. This means fans won’t have to wait long before this anime premieres. And yes, this is not a movie as it’s an anime series, though it’s not clear yet how many episodes it will have.

What’s also clear is that this show will have an all-new story where Goku and other characters are transformed into younger versions of themselves, and they must go on a journey to reverse this.

It may not be a continuation of the Dragon Ball Super anime, but this show is no doubt something that many Dragon Ball fans are excited for. After all, it’s the first new anime series in years. Not to mention that it has been two years since the release of the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie.

Dragon Ball Daima will premiere in October 2024. Currently, there’s no word yet on a specific release date. There’s also no official confirmation of a streaming platform partner.
