HBO recently announced that the upcoming drama series Dune: Prophecy is coming to HBO GO this November in the Philippines and other select regions.
In case you missed its announcement, Dune: Prophecy is a new live-action drama series that will consist of six episodes. While it’s an original work, its story is inspired by Frank Herbert’s Sisterhood of Dune novel.
This series is set 10,000 years before the Dune films by Denis Villeneuve, and it follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten humanity’s future. These two also eventually establishes the sect known as the Bene Gesserit.

This upcoming Dune series features a stacked cast, including Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Jodhi May, Mark Strong, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Josh Heuston, Chloe Lea, Jade Anouka, Faoileann Cunningham, Edward Davis, Aoife Hinds, Chris Mason, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Camilla Beeput, Jihae, Tabu, Charithra Chandran, Jessica Barden, Emma Canning, and Yerin Ha.
Dune: Prophecy will be released on HBO GO this November, and it will feature six episodes. For now though, there’s no word yet on a specific release date.
