Just a few weeks after kicking off its 7th anniversary event, Garena confirmed that a Free Fire x Naruto collaboration is coming in early 2025.
This upcoming collab was first teased in the recently released Free Fire 7th anniversary Story Animation. There, some viewers spotted an orange-colored backpack with a kunai hanging on the side. Even though it’s a blink-or-you’ll-miss-it part of the video, it did lead to some fans speculating about a potential Naruto collab. After all, the backpack’s color scheme and kunai are pretty clear Naruto references.
Now, Garena confirmed that a collab is indeed in the works, and it is set to begin in early 2025. As such, fans will have to wait a while before more details are shared.
Even though it’s still over half a year before the Free Fire x Naruto collab will begin, the previous Free Fire anime collabs should already give us an idea of what to expect.
For instance, the Demon Slayer collab last year added a bunch of costumes, emotes, and more into the game. As such, fans should expect outfits inspired by the iconic Naruto characters. Here’s hoping that there will also be unique game modes and other special additions.
Aside from this Naruto crossover, fans have a lot to look forward to as Free Fire is also getting an anime adaptation.
