HONOR Philippines is definitely pulling out all the stops in promoting their latest mid-range offering the HONOR 200 Series. Just days after their official Philippine launch, the HONOR 200 graces the star-studded GMA Gala 2024 putting its famed Harcourt Studio AI Portrait to the test.

As the official smartphone sponsor of the prestigious event, HONOR Philippines crafted a shining vignette where celebrities can get their photos taken by the brand’s AI Portrait Master HONOR 200 and can get the chance to win Php 100,000 plus a brand-new HONOR 200 Pro phone. After a tight deliberation among all Kapuso stars, it was Kylie Padilla who was hailed as the HONOR 200 Portrait Master of the Night.
The event showcased the hard-at-work Portrait Mode of the HONOR 200 Series and giving the country’s biggest names in entertainment the Studio Harcourt treatment. The Parisian Art Studio was the style of choice by HONOR when they were choosing a partner to truly give their Portrait Mode a distinct artistic point of view. Harcourt’s eponymous portraits have been the defacto of French Moviestars as far back as the 1930’s. Since then notable celebrities and personalities like Cate Blanchett, Monica Bellucci, Roger Federer, and Karl Lagerfeld to name a few had their photos taken by the prestigious Parisian Studio. The signature portrait style involves dreamy lighting, clear details, and a play on light and shadow. The HONOR 200 Series employs all the nuances, lighting arrangement, and post-processing done by the studio that would usually cost their clients upwards of 2000 Euros and jampacks with a flick of a switch for HONOR. The result is a glamorous, drama-inducing portrait photo regardless if you’re using any of the two colored filters or the Harcourt Black and White Classic.
