After last year’s event which drew a massive crowd, HoYoverse announced that HoYo FEST 2024 is happening in the Philippines this August, and it is once again taking place at SM Megmall.
To be exact, this year’s HoYo FEST will happen in the Philippines from August 12 to 18, 2024, as revealed in a recent update on the Honkai Impact 3 Facebook page. This time though, it will take place at SM Megamall’s Mega Fashion Hall which should be a bigger venue. For reference, last year’s event happened at the mall’s older wing.
What’s also interesting is that the event is happening in August as last year’s HoYo FEST took place in October. While it’s a bit earlier, this should be great news for fans.
The event won’t just happen in the Philippines though as there will also be HoYo FEST celebrations in other Southeast Asian countries, including:
- Singapore: August 12 – August 18 (10 AM – 10 PM every day)
- Suntec City Mall L1 Atrium (Tower 1 & 2), 3 Temasek Blvd, Singapore
- Malaysia: August 13 – August 19 (10 AM – 10 PM every day)
- Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Centre Court, Level 2, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Indonesia: August 8 – August 18 (10 AM – 10 PM0 every day)
- Mall Gandaria City – La Piazza, Jakarta, Indonesia
- Thailand August 8 – August 18 (10 AM – 10 PM every day)
- BCC Hall @ Central Ladprao (5th Floor), Bangkok, Thailand
- Vietnam: August 9 – August 18 (10 AM – 10 PM every day)
- Aeon Mall Tân Phú Celadon (Sảnh Tây), 30 Đường Bờ Bao Tân Thắng, Sơn Kỳ, Tân Phú, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
For now, there’s no word yet on what to expect, but chances are that fans can expect booths, activities, and more for Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero.
