After its successful theatrical run, the hit Thai drama film How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies is coming to Netflix next month.
To be exact, Netflix confirmed that the movie is coming to the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries on September 12. This is great news for those who missed it as the movie became a big hit in Southeast Asia. In fact, the movie has become the highest-grossing Thai film in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. It has also been praised for its moving story that has driven many viewers to tears.
For those unfamiliar with the movie, How to Make Millions Before Grandma is the new movie by Pat Boonnitipat, and its story is described as:
“Driven by the desire for a multimillion-dollar inheritance, M (Putthipong “Billkin” Assaratanakul) puts aside his dreams as a hopeful game caster to care for his terminally ill grandmother (Usha Seamkhum). But winning Grandma’s favor is no easy feat, as she proves to be demanding and exceedingly difficult to please. To make things more complicated, M is not the only one vying for the fortune. He finds himself in a competition, going to great lengths to become the apple of Grandma’s eye before time runs out.”
How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies will stream on Netflix on September 12 in the Philippines and the rest of Southeast Asia.
