It’s still a few months before the show’s official start date, but now, the Dandadan anime’s main English dub voice cast has been revealed.
While the complete cast members have yet to be revealed, the VAs of the main characters were announced. Currently, the confirmed cast members include:
- Abby Trott (Nezuko in Demon Slayer) as Momo
- A.J. Beckles (Takemichi in Tokyo Revengers) as Okarun
- Kari Wahlgren (Saber in Fate/stay night) as Seiko
- Lisa Reimold (Turi in Ascendance of a Bookworm) as Aira
- Aleks Le (Mash Burnedead in Mashle) as Jiji
- Barbara Goodson (Alcyone in Magic Knight Rayearth) as Turbo Granny
- Ben Diskin (Joseph Joestar in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) as Serpoian
- Anairis Quinõnes (Yelena in Attack on Titan) as Muko
- Sarah Anne Williams (Ui Ui in Jujutsu Kaisen) as Miko
Given how the dub cast has been revealed, chances are that the Dandadan anime will get a simultaneous English dub release this October, though a release date for the dub version hasn’t been officially revealed yet.
For those who prefer to watch it in Japanese though, here are the confirmed Japanese voice cast members:
- Shion Wakayama (Takina Inoue in Lycoris Recoil) as Momo
- Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro in Demon Slayer) as Okarun
- Nana Mizuki (Hinata Hyuga in Naruto) as Seiko
- Ayane Sakura (Ochaco in My Hero Academia) as Aira Shiratori
- Kaito Ishikawa (Genos in One-Punch Man) as Jiji
- Mayumi Tanaka (Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece) as Turbo Granny
- Kazuya Nakai (Roronoa Zoro in One Piece) as Serpoian
The Dandadan anime series will be released on October 4 on various streaming platforms, including Netflix, Muse Asia and Crunchyroll.
Ahead of the anime’s premiere in Fall 2024, special screenings of the first three episodes will be screened in select countries from August to September. In the Philippines, the screening will happen on September 8.
