Honor of Kings continues to celebrate its launch in the Philippines with its new City Hero challenge that’s live now until August 12.
While you may have seen the City Hero promotion on the game’s official Facebook page, what it is exactly may not be that clear. So, for those wondering, here’s a quick breakdown of what to expect.
The Honor of Kings City Hero challenge is a campaign that features partnerships with cafes, malls, and even a school. In these locations, Honor of Kings players can participate in challenges such as posting selfies with cosplayers to win exclusive goodies.
Perhaps the most exciting one here is the hero challenge. How it works is that players must use a certain hero in a match (that depends on the location), and by winning the MVP, players can show their result at the partnered location to win prizes.
The partner locations include:
- Makati
- 19 Degrees Cafe, Glorietta
- Hero: Heino
- Baguio
- Infinitea, SM City Baguio
- Hero: Allain
- Pasay
- Chatime, Mall of Asia
- Hero: Houyi
- Quezon City
- 19 Degrees Cafe, SM North Edsa
- Hero: Alessio
- Cavite
- 19 Degrees Cafe, SM City Tanza
- Hero: Luara
- Batangas
- Lyceum University
- Hero: Da Qiao
- Davao
- SM City Davao Atrium
- Hero: Consort Yu
- Cagayan De Oro
- Weecup Call Cafe
- Hero: Kongming
- Pampanga

- Hero: Dolia
For players in Cebu, the venue will be moved from Carbon Food Park to another location to accommodate more players. Details about this will be announced soon.
The City Hero challenge is live now until August 12, 2024. For more details, visit the official Honor of Kings Philippines Facebook page.
