The Penguin premieres on HBO GO this September

Colin Farrell is back as Oz Cobb, aka The Penguin.

While The Batman’s sequel is still over two years away, fans can at least look forward to the spin-off TV series The Penguin which is set to premiere on HBO GO in the Philippines.
