Capcom reveals complete gamescom asia 2024 guest lineup

Capcom is bringing over plenty of notable developers to gamescom asia!

After revealing its full lineup for the event, Capcom has now revealed its list of guests for gamescom asia 2024, including developers and cosplayers attendees can see.

While attendees will already be treated to a wide array of game demos and experiences at Capcom’s booth, the publisher will also bring various guests. These guests are notable staff members from Capcom’s popular titles like Monster Hunter and Street Fighter. What’s more, the publisher has also invited two popular cosplayers to join the event.

To start, here’s a rundown of the guest devevlopers:

  • Series Producer Appearance: Monster Hunter Wilds Producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto
    • Monster Hunter Wilds Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto will take the stage at gamescom asia on the afternoon of Saturday, 19th October, to share details about Monster Hunter Wilds and engage with fans during the session. After the stage segment, a Meet and Greet will be open to all Monster Hunter fans attending the event.
  • Producer and Director Appearance: Street Fighter 6 Director & Producer
    • On the afternoon of Saturday, 19th October, Street Fighter 6 Director Takayuki Nakayama and Producer Shuhei Matsumoto will also be on stage at gamescom asia to hang out with Street Fighter fans and even play some matches on stage.

Next up are the two cosplayer guests: Charess & Vera Chimera.

Charess is a popular Filipino cosplayer who will be at gamescom asia 2024 as one of Capcom’s guests. There, she will be cosplaying as Alma, the Monster Hunter Wilds character who serves as the game’s Handler.

Vera Chimera is another popular cosplayer and she hails from Australia. At the event, she will be cosplaying as Gemma, Monster Hunter Wilds’ skilled smithy with the research commission.

 

Aside from these guests, Capcom also announced that lucky attendees can get an exclusive 1-on-1 autograph and photo session with Ryozo Tsujimoto, along with a priority ticket for the Monster Hunter Wilds hands-on demo. This is thanks to the new Hunter Campaign.

  3. Follow Capcom Singapore on Facebook and be on a look out for campaign results and all upcoming event news!

Instagram campaign

  1. On Instagram, post their own relevant photo or video (set to public) with hashtag #MHWildsGCA24 to enter the contest.
  2. Follow Capcom Singapore and be on a look out for campaign results and all upcoming event news!

Five winners will be selected from the contest entries, with the following rewards:

  1. gamescom asia ticket for 18th – 20th
  2. Winner Exclusive Meet & Greet session with Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto on 19th October at gamescom asia.
  3. Special Priority Ticket for Monster Hunter Wilds Hands-on Demo at Capcom booth in gamescom asia.
  4. A Monster Hunter Wilds souvenir satchel and a Capcom goodie bag.

Winners will be selected by October 4, and they will be announced on Capcom Singapore’s official social media channels.

gamescom asia 2024 is happening at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre from October 17 to 20.
