ColorBANG is out now in SEA on Android and iOS

The game also made its debut recently at Malaysia's Cos-Mic Expo.

NominoX has launched ColorBANG, a light competitive territory-coloring mobile game in SEA recently, and it’s available now on Android and iOS.

So, what exactly is ColorBANG? You can think of this game as something like Splatoon for mobile as its core gameplay tasks players with coloring more territory than their opponents. During each multiplayer match, the team with the most areas colored in the arena wins.

Of course, this isn’t billed as simply a Splatoon clone as it features 3v3 matches for its main mode, along with an 8-player battle royale for players who want a bit more chaos. What’s more, this game features fast 150-second matches, as befits it being a mobile game.

This game was initially previewed at the 2024 Brazil Game Show, and it soon got showcased at Malaysia’s premier pop culture event, Cos-Mic Expo. Finally, the game has been released in Southeast Asia.

ColorBANG is now available on Android and iOS devices in 11 SEA countries. These include Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines, among others.

The game is available for free, though players can use the CDKEY to unlock valuable in-game rewards that will give you an edge in matches.

How it works is that by entering “colorb999” during the event period, players can claim exclusive in-game items usable in the territory-coloring arena.
