Metaphor: ReFantazio free demo lets you experience the game’s beginning

You can even transfer your save file from the demo when the game launches.

With the game’s release just weeks away, Atlus and SEGA announced that a free demo of Metaphor: ReFantazio is available now on all platforms.

This demo is the perfect way for players who are still on the fence about getting the latest game from Studio Zero upon launch. The best part is that the save file from this demo can be transferred over to the main game, meaning progress is carried so that players won’t need to replay the demo’s parts.

Specifically, the Metaphor: ReFantazio demo lets players experience the game’s opening, and it will be playable with no limits. As such, players can complete it as many times as they want. Though there are limitations to streaming and sharing content, so long as they fit Atlus’ guidelines, there should be no issues.

In case you haven’t been keeping up with the news on Atlus’ upcoming games, Metaphor: ReFantazio is the latest game from the creative staff that worked on the mainline Persona games.

While this game carries the Persona DNA given its balance of turn-based RPG combat and social elements, it promises to be a unique experience thanks to its eye-catching new art style and intriguing fantasy story.

Metaphor: ReFantazio will be released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 11, 2024.
