It’s time to return to The Lost Crown as the latest Prince of Persia game’s newest DLC “Mask of Darkness” is available now on all platforms.
This is The Lost Crown’s final story DLC, and it adds a new chapter to Sargon’s story. There, players will get to explore a new interconnected world that features exclusive biomes.

The premise of the new DLC is described as:
“Sargon is being hunted by one of the assassination specialists of the Immortals, Radjen. When he finally faces her, he gets trapped in her Mind Palace, a corrupted dimension of dark magic filled with dreamlike landscapes and otherworldly creations. Target of a deadly manhunt and with his soul on the line, Sargon must fight his way out of nightmarish environments and epic battles to uncover the secrets that lie behind the Mask of Darkness, buried deep within Radjen’s mind.”
As for the gameplay, the highlight here is the new biomes that players can explore. Specifically, there are four biomes, along with ten new types of traversal obstacles. Of course, there will also be new enemy archetypes, along with three new bosses for players to face.
This latest and final story DLC is available now as a standalone version on all stores. Meanwhile, players who own the Complete Edition should be able to access Mask of Darkness now on their platform.
As a bonus for fans, Ubisoft announced that the Prince of Persia: Warrior Within Outfit will be available for free to all players soon. Thsis is to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Prince of Persia franchise.
