With TGS happening soon, SEGA confirmed that Sonic X Shadow Generations will be showcased at the SEGA/Atlus booth at Tokyo Game Show 2024.
Specifically, SEGA will bring this upcoming Sonic game to its booth as one of the major highlights. Aside from photo spots, attendees will also be happy to know that a demo of the game will be playable at the booth for free.
While SEGA did not mention what the demo will let players experience, chances are that it will feature the new Shadow levels. After all, while this game is partly an enhanced version of Sonic Generations, it also features brand-new levels featuring the fan-favorite Shadow.
As a bonus, Tokyo Game Show attendees who play demo will get a free Sonic X Shadow face towel, giving visitors extra incentive to play that game.
Finally, the SEGA/Atlus booth will have an exclusive bonus available to those who pre-order the game. During the event, visitors can show their proof of your pre-order, and they can receive a limited-edition Red Bull box with a reversible design — a perfect collab given how Sonic and Shadow go fast.
Sonic X Shadow Generations will be released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S. Xbox One, Switch, and PC via the Steam and Epic Games Store on October 25, 2024.
Meanwhile, Tokyo Game Show 2024 is happening from September 26 to 29, 2024, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
