The vivo V40 launches in the Philippines on September 18

vivo's next mid-ranger promises to be an excellent portrait photography partner thanks to its ZEISS cameras.

After releasing the V30 series earlier this year, vivo is now getting ready to launch the vivo V40 in the Philippines on September 18.

Ahead of the launch, vivo highlighted the phone’s updated design that’s sleek and lightweight, all while retaining the eye-catching appeal of the previous V series devices.

For colors, vivo will over the V40 in three options: Nebula Purple, Sunglow Peach, and Stellar Silver. Whichever option users pick though, they’ll get a phone that promises to feel great in hand thanks to its matte finish. It also comes with an anti-fingerprint coating.

Aside from the color options, vivo revealed that this new mid-range phone will pack a large 5,500mAh battery, meaning the phone should be able to last for a day of use with ease.

Another detail mentioned is the fact that the phone will feature a 3D Curved Screen that looks stylish while providing a good grip, whether for everyday use or gaming.

Perhaps the biggest feature of the vivo V40 is its cameras. Aside from featuring the V series’ signature Aura Portrait system, the phone now features ZEISS cameras. Before, only the V30 Pro had ZEISS cameras, so this should mean the V40 will benefit from a wide array of ZEISS lens filters for portrait shots.

The vivo V40 will launch in the Philippines on September 18, 2024. For more details, visit vivoglobal.ph and the brand’s official Facebook.
