Fresh after the open beta reveal, PlayStation unveiled the new DualSense Monster Hunter Wilds limited edition controller, and pre-orders will be available beginning this November.
This special controller comes in an eye-catching red colorway, complete with design elements inspired by the upcoming Monster Hunter game. As such, this is a must-have for big fans of the series.
Of course, as a limited edition controller, it won’t come cheap as it has a price tag of PHP 4,890. Meanwhile, its prices in other SEA countries are SGD 119 / MYR 419 / IDR 1,549,000 / THB 2,890 / VND 2,399,000.
The Monster Hunter Wilds DualSense controller will be available for pre-order beginning on November 22, 2024. It will then be released on February 28 – the same day as the game’s official release.
Ahead of its launch though, Monster Hunter fans will be able to play Wilds via its open beta. This is great news for those who have yet to try the game out in Capcom’s booths at Tokyo Game Show and gamescom asia.
PlayStation Plus subscribers will get first dibs as the open beta will be available to them from October 29 at 11:00am GMT+8 until Thursday, October 31 at 10:59am GMT+8.
Meanwhile, PS5 players without subscriptions, along with those on other platforms can access the open beta from November 1 at 11:00am GMT+8 to November 4 at 10:59am GMT+8.
Monster Hunter Wilds will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 28, 2025.
